Veterinary funding remains server-disabled until Stripe and qualified counsel approve the model. Approved campaigns belong to one case and one manually verified clinic, use a reviewed estimate, fixed goal, and deadline, and pay only that clinic.

Each charge itemizes the case contribution, mandatory service fee, optional tip defaulted to zero, and total. If a campaign cannot proceed or misses its deadline, the published pilot policy refunds the full amount charged—including contribution, fee, and tip. Contributions are normally not tax-deductible unless clearly stated otherwise.
